  • The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Neither we (nor any third parties) provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders and fully refund you, the customer, at our discretion and without incurring additional liabilities.
  • In the case of absence during your selected delivery day/time slot or wrong address given, a re-delivery charge of $20 applies.
  • Prices on the website are in Singapore Dollars and are not inclusive of GST
  • If you feel that the item you have received is dissatisfactory, you must contact us and return to us the item(s) within 24 hours (from 11am-6pm) of receiving to qualify for an inspection on our side. The food items must reach our pickup point address (7500A Beach Road, The Plaza, B1-313) from 11am-6pm. For replacement/refund to be valid, it must be verified by our chefs that the product is dissatisfactory and it is also your responsibility to arrange to send the item back to us. If the mentioned item is a frozen food or food that needs to stay chilled (like fresh Uni) you are required to store it under its required condition prior to returning to us. A return of the delivered product is necessary for our inspection purposes and verification. Otherwise we are not liable for any replacement/refund. Do note we are not responsible for any expenses of transport for such cases.
  • If you are bringing back product to us, it must be properly refrigerated and packed with ice pack when stored or transported by you otherwise quality will deteriorate and we are also not liable for a refund/exchange of such situation.
  • We must receive within 24hours from delivery of your items in order for quality check. Otherwise, refund request cannot be processed.
  • We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order.
  • Please understand that due to hygiene purposes food items that have been consumed/opened/thawed, we WILL NOT be able to exchange or refund them.
  • You are responsible for all orders placed on your account, including for any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you.
  • For seasonal items, please only select arrival date highlighted in listing. If you selected a wrong date before its arrival, we will contact you for a change of delivery date, if you do not want to change the delivery date, we are not liable to a refund to you.
  • In the case of insistence for a refund, you will be charged a flat rate of $45 processing fee being deducted from your order's total amount while we process your refund as a refund on our end is a costly and time consuming process. We thank you for your kind understanding.
  • Please note that our promo codes are only applicable to registered members only.
  • Upon keying in promo code at checkout, please remember to click on 'Apply Coupon' for the discount to be applied. If you did not sign up/login or failed to click on 'Apply Coupon', we are not liable for any refund.  
  • Goods in your shopping cart are not reserved until you have completed the checkout process. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • You must be a registered member to make orders and access some features of the website. You will provide us with personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address. You must ensure this information is accurate and current.
  • By using the website and its associated functionality, you grant your express consent to us to send you direct marketing communications to the email address you provide, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
  • We will use our best endeavours to meet stated time frames for delivery, however we cannot guarantee delivery time frames will be met.
  • A discount code is only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
  • You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed, you are unable to cancel or change it. Please note that change of mind returns are given at our absolute discretion. As a general rule, we will not change or replace your order where you have made an error
  • A minimum order of subtotal $100 (EXCL. GST) applies for all orders to qualify for free delivery.
  • A delivery charge of $15.00 applies for all orders below the minimum order of $100 for subtotal.
  • In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
  • The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. By using this website, you acknowledged that you are over the age of 18 and the person receiving delivery of alcoholic beverages from OosterBay is over the age of 18
  • All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods. If your payment is not received or is declined by us, or your bank or credit card issuer, we cannot and will not hold items against your order
  • You acknowledge that using any information or materials from this website is at your own risk and that we shall not be liable for that use. It remains your responsibility to ensure that all products, services and information used by you meet your specific requirements.
  • Reproduction of any content, design, layout, look, appearance or graphics contained in this website is prohibited
  • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
  • Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  • OosterBay will endeavour to contact customers regarding unavailable items and offer replacements, or a refund.
  • OosterBay reserves the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent, or where we later become unable to ship your order, or if there has been an error in the price or product description on the website.
