Be your own chef at home with this luxurious Foie Gras (Goose Liver). Based on your preference, season it lightly with salt and pepper. Place it in the pan and sear for approximately 2 minutes until it is golden brown. You can then reduce the heat by a little bit, flip Foie Gras over and cook for another 2 more minutes. The mouthwatering aroma would tell you that it's ready to be served.
Recommended to eat with Sea Urchin and/or Caviar.
