Polanco Siberian Caviar is from a boutique farm in Uruguay with their entire stock of sturgeon migrated from Siberia and raised naturally in a pristine river highly suitable for sturgeon fish.
Using all natural feed, the caviar is harvested during the 3rd stage of pregnancy when the quality of the caviar is at its peak.
No preservatives are used. Only salt is added. Hence the quality of the caviar is very high but the shelf life is short at only a couple of months.
However, no worries, you should probably finish it within a week or two once you purchase.
This caviar has no fishy taste, but a clean buttery and long oily aftertaste that is a mark of really great caviar.
It has been also matured for 45 days in salt (instead of 90 days) to suit Asian tastes (not too salty).
